We have gone to a lot of trouble to make these well, and we inspect and test every pair thoroughly. Our objective is to give you something you will love. If within 12 months of purchase there is a problem with function or quality, contact us. We will repair or replace the headphones, or provide a refund — whatever is practical and fair in the circumstances.

You will find that these are highly isolating headphones with pleasing, clear audio. Because the isolation is so good, you may be able to keep the listening volume relatively low. You control the volume and listening time, so listen sensibly and look after your ears.

Finally, enjoy your AC Gear headphones. We sincerely hope you love them.

For Australian Customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
